Since the first Coffee Conversations episode Cesar and I did seemed to strike a chord, we sat down to record another one this week.
But we had the added bonus of my mom coming in as well for a bit since she's been staying with me this week.
You may have heard me say before, but my mom is the best.
She is also my accountant and works with all the numbers in my business.
So when she chimed in, she had a lot of practical wisdom to give around running businesses, managing overwhelm, and staying focused.
She also threw in some great stories about me as a kid (because . . . she's my mom).
