This week my guest is DEI Consultant and Romance Fan Sunny Lee-Goodman. You might recall her name from my recent conversation with Dowager RWA President HelenKay Dimon. Sunny is the DEI - Diversity, Education, and Inclusion Consultant working with RWA, and her experience in this field is incredible. In our conversation we talk about tolerance, owning the possibility that you might be wrong, and how to be aware of your own point of view. I ask a lot of questions about the nature of her work, and how individuals and companies can evolve and expand to be more inclusive.
