This mindfulness meditation uses your breath as an anchor. It will help you to reduce stress and improve your concentration. The more often you practice this meditation the better your powers of concentration, focus and awareness will become. Our minds are full of thoughts and we often have regrets about the past or worries about the future.  Our brain has the ability to change and adapt as the result of practice.
