Definition of a happy and successful life
We have all formed our own definitions of happiness since childhood. Many of these perceptions are due to conditioned development, i.e., they are part of our habits due to repetitive inculcation by parents, teachers and society in general. As a result, none of us have reflected on what exactly makes us feel happy! This feeling has been left to our subconscious and we simply feel happiness according to the situation we find ourselves in.
Many small things can give us happiness. For example, just the thought of shopping or spending money tends to excite us and make us feel happy. Opportunities and new ideas also have a similar effect on us. This state of excitement makes us imagine things related to these incidents. For example: the prospect of going on vacation while receiving an office bonus not only excites us, but also makes us plan and imagine the vacation. In fact, we would feel bliss without being on vacation!
However, when on vacation, the excitement tends to set in as one begins to feel content.
