company, Seven Learning, she was head of R&D for The Forum
Corporation, a global leadership development firm. In addition to
her most recent book, The Greats on Leadership: Classic Wisdom
for Modern Managers
,she is co-author of Strategic Speed:
Mobilize People, Accelerate Execution
and has published widely
on leadership, strategy execution, and workplace learning.She holds
an M.A. in philosophy and is currently working on a master’s degree
in Eastern classics. She lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with her
husband and daughter.
