Some are just basic but there are still stuff that's worth it

Great topic but a very shallow book and not much hands on suggestions

It is simple and short, very much in accordance with his own advice.
It will be difficult to take to heart but I think it can help.
Es sencillo y corto, muy de acuerdo con sus propios consejos.
Será difícil tomar a pecho pero creo que puede ayudar.

It really feels like a rushed guide that should've been 2 or 3 times longer
Chapter 1 mostly talks about the importance of it and kind of eases you to know that being shy is normal, but then chapters 2 and 3 are going from a standpoint of you being the starter/leader of the conversation
I thought it would have a template for small talk, and i was fairly disappointed

This book only tells you what to do like for example: do deep soul searching, be more confident. Ok I know these things too, but there's no explanation how to do it.

Basically a list of simple tips and tricks you can use to talk to people. The book sounds like a combination of very average blog posts found on the Internet.

It's a bit boring, but it's worth reading in case you know nothing about common social norms. Personally, I did not find a lot of value in it.

The main problem with this book is that it mentions too many points and elaborates on none. It also gives no real-life examples, which I was really hoping for.
