The Voice Celestial was written by Ernest Holmes and Fenwick Holmes, his equally brilliant brother. Done in the style of an Epic poem it is incredibly inspiring and echoes the feelings and intents of those who are on a serious spiritual path. The introduction includes quotes by Dr. James P. Pottenger, now the "e;heir apparent"e; to the legacy of Ernest Holmes. Pottenger was the closest protege of Ernest and Fenwick and he was considered a spiritual son to Fenwick. He and Holmes would spend many evenings into the wee hours discussing the depth of spiritual ideas and philosophies, always stretching the limits of their concepts and insights. Pottenger was privy to an "e;invitation only"e; meeting in which Holmes would close his eyes and try to tap into spiritual understanding and insights.
