    Meditation

    Meditation provides a break from concentration on goals. In meditation we get in touch with that place in ourselves where we are perfect without having to do anything. The opposite of this is being attached to planning, analyzing, controlling, and trying to make things come out our way

    Here is a threefold technique that may facilitate the process. First, focus on the concern or question throughout the day and as you fall asleep. Second, ask your inner mind for an answer, and, third, promise a gift of thanks if you receive one. The gift can be a favor to someone, a volunteering of time, a donation, etc.
