How to Read This Book
The book has summaries and references. The print edition has an index. E-book readers are supposed to search for words instead of using an index. In a few cases, a reference grew into an appendix.
The biggest problem some people have when reading this book is that they don’t see a purpose to it. After all, isn’t it settled that there’s no such thing as good and evil? Well, no. Modern philosophers gave up, which is not at all the same thing as evidence. (There’s a clear answer in chapter 3.)
