In this episode, I’m fired up to have a real, raw Q&A with a group of sharp, young entrepreneurs as part of my 2024 Summer Residency. And let me tell you—we get into the stuff no one’s talking about, but absolutely should be. Why is nobody telling young entrepreneurs that patience is the key? It’s because no one wants to hear it. But if you’re truly ambitious, you’ve got to fall in love with patience. The problem? So many of you are obsessed with looking successful instead of being successful, and that’s holding you back big time.
We also hit on something huge—judgment. Most of you are stuck worrying about what your parents, friends, or social media think, but here’s the truth: nobody cares as much as you think they do. And when you get that, you’re free to start living for yourself, not for anyone else.
I dive into why your 20s are the time to take massive risks—this is the decade when you can afford to fail and figure out who you really are. You need to stop beating yourself up for not having it all figured out by 22. I’m telling you, if you’re 22 right now, you’re a baby. You have all the time in the world, so don’t get caught up in trying to look like you’ve made it before you’ve actually done anything meaningful.
Listen, this episode is full of the hard truths and big-picture perspective you need to hear right now. Stop worrying about what everyone else thinks, take the pressure off, and focus on doing you. The world sells fear every day—don’t buy into it.
Let’s go, this is a big one!

Over the past decade+, the definition of success has been skewed and muddled. To me, success is doing what you want, enjoying what you love, and waking up every day excited to do it. This is the message I've been sending for the past 10 years. In these 5 short minutes, I went deep into the fear of failure, the true definition of success, and the relationship it has with sacrifices. This will help change your perspective on what true success really means. Watch this twice, And enjoy your Sunday(:

Today's podcast is about a marketing strategy that you can apply today to grow your business. When it comes to marketing or creating awareness about anything, nothing is more important than attention. The next step after understanding that is finding underpriced attention. This is what is very important for every business. Finding underpriced attention and leveraging it before the competition catches up.

On today’s episode of the podcast I'm sharing an interview I did with Erika Kullberg last year, we dive deep into the concept of self-awareness. We tackle the burning question of the fastest route to $100,000, and my answer is simple: self-awareness. It’s about understanding your personal strengths and challenges .. like how I learned to balance kindness with candor for better communication. We also touch on the importance of having a strategy behind every social media post, or what we call at VaynerX SOC aka "Strategic Organic Content." Plus, some insights into my investment wins and the self-aware approach to what truly makes me happy. This episode is a compact guide to the big impact of self-awareness in our lives and businesses. I hope you all enjoy this one!
