As I watched my daughter experience numerous surgeries, I wanted to write a book about the surgical process to help children be more prepared. Children learn through reading. Brave Little Megan helps prepare children to be brave when they are faced with a challenging experience. We all have to do things that we would rather not have to do, however, by moving forward we learn new things about ourselves and how strong we truly are.
