We had built a two-family house. The first three years we rented the upstairs apartment to an older couple. When the husband died, the elderly lady found a smaller apartment. Because my wife's sister, her husband and the two girls (17 + 19) were also looking for a new apartment at that time, they moved in with us as the next tenant.
My sister-in-law is with her 39 years and a super, no a simply horny, figure in a top condition. My brother-in-law is shift worker and mostly too tired for everything. Of the two girls I do not even start, otherwise I have a permanent boner again! I am a happily married 51 year old early retiree and enjoy, when my wife is not in the house, the view from my attic window into the garden, the pool (sister-in-law, nieces) and the terrace of our “tenants” which is in the corner of the house. Since our property is located directly at the edge of the forest and none of the neighbours has a view into the garden, it is usually very open (thanks to the women's hunger for sunshine).
About 14 days ago I thought that everyone was out of the house and called up on my 24 inch display the super cool stories I read every day. I set the font size very large, leaned back in my desk chair and began to read. As always, my “little one” immediately started to move and caused an animal dent in my shorts.
