    3/4 cup unsweetened, pure coconut cream
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1/3 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut fiber

    Grilled Pepper Garlic Shrimp

    Ingredients:
    1 lb shrimo, peeled and deveined
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 cloves of garlic, mashed to a creamy consistancy
    1 tablespoon hot black and re pepper blend
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    juice from 1/2 lime
    Sea salt to taste (optional)

    Anti Candida

    Ingredients:
    3 Eggs
    2 TBSP of melted Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil
    Quarter Teaspoon of Sea Salt
    Quarter Agave Nectar or any other sweetener such as xylitol or stevia ( I sometimes use 20 drops of liquid stevia)
    Quarter cup sifted coconut flour
    Quarter TSP of aluminum free baking flour
    3 TBSP of dried and unsweetened shredded coconut

    2 medium yellow onions, peeled and thinly sliced

    1⁄2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 teaspoon Onion Powder
    2 tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard, dijon mustard or powdered mustard
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon Dried Thyme, or rosemary
    1 teaspoon Dried Basil
    1 teaspoon Salt
