Greed Is God

Everyone wants their life to be pleasant. When we say pleasant, pleasantness happens in five different ways. If your body becomes very pleasant we call it pleasure. If your mind becomes pleasant, we call it peace; if it becomes very pleasant we call it joy. If your emotions become pleasant we call it love; if they become very pleasant we call it compassion. If your life energies become pleasant we call it bliss, and if they become very pleasant we call it ecstasy. If your surroundings become pleasant, you call it success.

Suppose you went for a South Indian meal, and they served the pickle first. You put the pickle in your mouth and the taste was so good that you forgot about the rest of the meal and ate only pickle, pickle and pickle. It tasted wonderful, but by tomorrow evening you will have problems! Money is just like that. It is beautiful when it comes into our life in a certain proportion. If we also take care of the other aspect of our life, money can just enhance our life so beautifully. If you have enough money in your pocket, you do not have to worry about working tomorrow. You can close your eyes and meditate if you wish. A man who is working from meal to meal cannot close his eyes even if he wants to. So, money is not misery. Stupidity is always misery. What you are stupid with does not matter – whether you are spiritually stupid

A psychological process is 100% free – you can do whatever you want with it. You cannot do everything you want with the existence around you, but you can do whatever you want with your mind and emotion, if you are willing

But when you become greedy and conquer the whole cosmos as yours, where is the need to bring the stars into your house? Wherever it is, it is anyway yours. Now, there is no problem

Because they do not have the courage to live fully, they are trying to enhance themselves by adding a lot of things to their life
