    4. Draw a picture of how you think you look and then ask somebody else to draw a picture of you. Compare the pictures.

    8. It takes strength to recover from an eating disorder. What does strength mean to you? Try different forms of art to express strength.

    9. Design a t-shirt about recovering from an eating disorder. Wear it during National Eating Disorder Awareness Week in February.
