No one knows better how debilitating, embarrassing, and exhausting being overweight or obese can be than the person carrying around all that extra weight. Have you ever been stuck in the grocery line holding a ten-pound bag of potatoes and a carton of milk while the person in front of you can't find their bank card? The sheer agony of trying to hold those two items for more than a few minutes can be enough to make you break into a sweat.
Imagine carrying six, eight, or even ten of those bags of potatoes around with you all day long and never being able to put them down?
Well this is my story, infused with humor, of the struggles I faced and how I dumped my potatoes by using a hybrid approach for my weight management plan.
