Finding Orthodoxy took me Forty-Two years; it was a time of self-discovery, joining the Navy, trying my hand at Chinese Medicine, moving to Indianapolis from Daytona Beach; where I married and was blessed with a beautiful daughter. But wait, I am getting ahead of myself: I was born into the Mormon Church with my Grandfather being an elder of the local church in Fallon NV. Every time we set a date for me and my sister's baptism into the Church, I was never baptized Mormon. When I joined the Navy, my bunk mates provided ample reasons for me to join an interdenominational Church in Virginia Beach; I was also going to the local Calgary Assembly of God Church. I never really felt whole and stopped going to Church; It wasn't until I found Christ in the Greek and Antiochian Churches in Indianapolis that I truly felt I belonged; I am now going to a Greek Orthodox Church in Texas and I know that I am home.
