This story follows the life of Gretchen Muller and her close relationship with Adolf Hitler in between WWI and WWII. Emotionally, he took the place of his father after his dead. As a German, she was taught to despise the Jews but after a short meeting with Daniel Cohen, a jewish reporter, she starts unraveling all the lies around her life.
I really like this story, she had determination to discover the true at any price, she had to grow humble to ask for help, even from people she was taught were inferior to her, she had to be brave to turn her back to her life the way she knew.
My rating for this book is 5/5.
