On Love's Orders is a novel that charts the ups and downs of a relationship between two unmarried people between their first meeting and their engagement 17 months later. The novel is set in an un-named typical English city about the year 2000. It takes a mad scene in a hospital ward, with the donkeys in the car park below, to convince Sharon that her future is with Peter alone!
