Ideas shared in the book are not entirely new for me. Nor they are worthless to remind oneself how you can help yourself if you got stuck in life and what to do next. If you feel like you need to make that important decision in life and you feel like there are other opportunities out there and you don't know what to do- it might be a good idea to practise exercises notoriously developed by book authors. Or perhaps you have several great options as job offers/ business partners/ mortgage /schools (you name it) ,and you don't know which to choose - the book might help. Overall, I enjoyed reading the book and yes , I've been doing all exercises described in the book as I was reading the book.
