    Get busy, go take a class somewhere. Take a mini vacation or go away for the weekend with your friends. Do something besides beg.

    Having hobbies, pursuing your passions and having a good circle of friends all helps you be in a constant growth phase. You're trying new things, meeting new people and not allowing your mind to go idle.

    Women and men express emotion differently, regardless of what emotion it is. Men express love by doing things or fixing things or providing things. Women express love through their words or nurturing. Sadly, they expect men to express their love through words as well.

    Rather than assume a man is just making excuses not to be with you, assume he is telling the truth. Should you find evidence later that he was lying, deal with it then. Making assumptions, based on your own insecurities, only leads you down a dark and ugly path.

    The key for you in initiating these conversations is to remain relaxed and playful. If you make an attempt and he doesn't respond in a way which allows you to continue prompting him for a date, let it go and try again another time. Other opportunities will come along, or he may even respond later with an idea based on that conversation.
