William Yeats had a privileged upbringing, and had served as a captain in Iraq with distinction. He now had the emotional scars to prove it, which he constantly fought an inner battle with. He had a gift though, and it was investigation. It had come about by accident when he met a gentleman named John Jenkins. That first meeting, and the productive outcome of it, led to a meeting with lord Rochdale, whose wealth walked hand in hand with his title. A diamond called the Resaky, had been stolen from his house, and William Yeats was employed to find it. He had no idea when he started just how it was going to impact his own personal life, and his unfortunate past. Behind it all was someone that had a personal grudge it seemed, and had for some time been inflicting many problems on William’s life, without him knowing it at the time. This is the story of that man and his battle with himself, and a foe far greater than he could imagine.
