Ingredients:
1 package of steamed white rice
4 cups of baby spinach leaves
3 cups of cooked turkey, shredded
2 cups of zucchini, julienned
1 cup of carrots, julienned
1/4 cup of canola oil, divided
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of gochujang paste, divided
2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, divided
2 tablespoons of seasoned rice vinegar, divided
1 tablespoon of water
2 teaspoons of finely chopped garlic, divided
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoons of honey
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Extra toasted sesame seeds, optional
