Judith's inspiration in writing No Sex at Work is to share with others some of the do's and dont's that she has learnt from her own experiences and from mentors and people she respect. She brings in her own experiences as the youngest of a large family with inspirational female role models who taught her some valuable lessons that have provided a roadmap in her own career. She admits that it hasn't always easy, she has made mistakes, but the best lessons often come from mistakes we made. Not learning from mistakes, is the biggest mistake we can make.
