If you think you cannot do this, remember Parkinson’s Law, which stipulates that a task will increase in complexity and importance according to the time you allot to its completion. Its application is simple. Suppose you are given a task and asked to complete it in 24 hours. You will find a way to do it somehow. If, however, you were given a week to complete the same task, it would magically increase in complexity and take the whole week to finish. If you were given a month, its complexity and importance would increase so much that it would take the entire month to finish. Interestingly, if you were able to compare the end product from the 24-hour deadline with that from the month-long deadline, you would in all probability find that the work from the former will be equal to or even better than the latter.
