You are now going to systematically relax your body from the crown of the head, down to your feet. Totally focus on each body part as you go, talking through each area:
my head is relaxed,
my face is relaxed,
my jaw is relaxed,
my shoulders are relaxed,
my arms are relaxed,
my back is relaxed,
my belly is relaxed,
my thighs are relaxed,
my calves are relaxed,
my feet are relaxed.
When you reach your feet, take a few gentle breaths and allow yourself to feel the relax
