After visiting a garage sale, Dennis makes a disturbing discovery: the box of android cartridges he picked up all contain remnants of human personalities. Each cartridge provides clues to ongoing experiments and ultimately leads him on a hunt for the scientist responsible for creating them. The trail soon leads him to question his past and the very nature of his own identity.
