Geography of Loss

We will create satellite maps of loss as seen from a great distance, including landmarks unrecognizable by those who have not experienced the same kind of grief

As we move through this landscape of loss, we will explore the blank spaces—whether they thrill or frighten us, and whether or not we can learn to lean into them. We will fill them—or we can learn to welcome the spaciousness of those blank areas, places we don’t yet know. Sometimes we fill them up with fearsome things that simply aren’t there.
