Build a reputation as a content curator. Prescreen and share quality content with your following. In doing so, you accomplish three things: you provide your network with a valuable service, develop a reputation as someone with a discerning eye, and keep your name top of mind.
In short, there is a world of opportunity to be creative in the content space. You need to approach this with the right mindset and ask yourself the following questions:
    • Am I staying on brand?
    • Am I doing something unique?
    • Am I providing a service?
    • Am I effectively staying in touch with my network?

You will need about an hour and a half of their time—a nice gesture is to have them over to your home/apartment and treat them to a meal. The session itself should take an hour with consecutive fifteen minute brainstorming intervals devoted to each of the four categories: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and strengths.

I recommend three people who you are very close to, outside the realm of immediate family and significant others/partners.
