What is Mercantilism

One type of nationalist economic strategy is known as mercantilism, and its primary objective is to enhance an economy's exports while simultaneously minimizing its imports. By another way of putting it, it attempts to maximize the accumulation of resources within the country and then use those resources for commerce that is skewed in one direction.
