3797 Countdown is a story filled with controversy. It is a story about three friends, one of whom thinks he may have found answers to some of the prophecies about the end of the world. As the three high school friends reunite, a conversation begins where one of them explains how the end-times prophecies are being fulfilled. He thinks we are already in Armageddon and the Great War is just around the corner.

As the story unfolds, he weaves together predictions from different sources to try to explain recent and future events; and to what end they might be leading to. The information comes from ancient and not-so-ancient writings: from the Bible to Nostradamus, from the Aztecs and Mayans to Edgar Cayce, from the Hindus to the Fatima visions, from Astrology and Numerology to Astronomy and Astrophysics; and connects some of the prophecies to actual news reports.

It is bold, shocking and offensive. It may incite fear in some readers and anger in others but may also inspire hope in a few.
