This concise study is in the continuance of the work upon the Cubomedusæ which Dr. Franklin Conant started. It contains his notes of physiological experiments and new results that Dr. E. W. Berger received from the examination of material gathered by Dr. Conant. This work was supposed to be the subject of further research by Dr. Conant, but unfortunately, he passed away.
