This book is an amalgamation of two Korea Through Photographs volumes: From Seoul to Jeju and From the DMZ to Daegu. As noted in the other two volumes, South Korea is worth a stop on any traveler’s itinerary and can provide a varied range of adventures within a short time and on a very small budget. This book contains hundreds of images from journeys spanning several months through the following locations: the cities of Seoul, Busan and Daejeon, and the provinces of Chungcheongbuk/nam-do, Gangwon-do, Jeollanam-do, Jeju-do, the DMZ, Everland amusement park and the Korean Folk Village (in the province of Gyeonggi) and the cities of Andong, Gyeongju and Pohang (in North Gyeongsang province) and a special chapter on the city of Daegu. From old temples and burial mounds, to skincare shops and central business districts, traditional markets and historical attractions, everything from scenery, architecture, food, people and consumer goods are shown in hundreds of beautiful photographs.
