Belly finds out what comes after falling in love in this follow-up to The Summer I Turned Pretty from the New York Times bestselling author of To All the Boys I've Loved Before (soon to be a major motion picture!), Jenny Han.
Belly thought her romance with Conrad was picture-perfect: She was all grown up and dating the boy of her dreams. But things with Conrad were never exactly as she had dreamed (obsessed) about. He keeps getting more distant and distracted, and Belly wishes she could walk away. But when Jeremiah calls her to tell her Conrad has seemingly gone missing, it takes her only seconds to start packing her things. Belly embarks on a journey to find him…no matter how much what she discovers will hurt her.

I don't believe these people don't exist, I don't believe that this story never happened... And I don't know why, but I get SO many emotions while reading. The author is incredible, so simply written, but so emotional!!!

Also I am very afraid of who she will choose in the next book and I'm gonna cry because it's probably will be Conrad who is total 🚩🚩🚩 for me. He doesn't deserve Belly at all😭

“Earlier, when I said I never wanted you. I didn’t mean it.”

I’ve only ever loved two boys—both of them with the last name Fisher. Conrad was first, and I loved him in a way that you can really only do the first time around. It’s the kind of love that doesn’t know better and doesn’t want to—it’s dizzy and foolish and fierce. That kind of love is really a one-time-only thing.

And then there was Jeremiah. When I looked at Jeremiah, I saw past, present, and future. He didn’t just know the girl I used to be. He knew the right-now me, and he loved me anyway.

My two great loves. I think I always knew I would be Belly Fisher one day.

Conrad picked me up and threw me over his shoulder like I weighed nothing, just like he had the other night.
