So, I'll just say that when you go looking for a hosting service for your blog, you must search through products that include:
registration of the domain name with the suffix .COM, .IT, .EU, .NET, etc... (obviously, this is a required step if we want to create a blog with name as or );
support for the PHP language;
MySQL database management (if possible, through a comfortable web interface as that provided by PHPMyAdmin);
FTP access to our web pages;
possibly, the management of at least one email account “@blogname.com” (this will be useful when we decide to create a contact form to get in touch with our users);
possibly, the direct management of our DNS (to create multiple host names, for example: www.blogname.com, forum.blogname.com, etc.)

So, in choosing our hosting plan, we must look for provider that includes support for .PHP pages, the larger amount of web space and, at the same time, support for MySQL, with the largest possible space for creation of databases.

In fact, if we have 10 GB of space available for web pages, but we do not have support for the management of databases, we can not use either a CMS like WordPress or one like Joomla, or other content managers that make use of databases.

WordPress is a platform based on PHP scripting language and MySQL database management system. This means that our hosting plan must provide support for both PHP and MySQL.

For these reasons, when designing the layout, you need to find the right balance between graphical and textual elements

Personally, I prefer the single-topic blogs, because they are characterized more easily, especially if they contain high quality posts, and if they represent valid points of reference for visitors, on specific topics.

In contrast, a blog about, for example, the sole reviews of PC games, or computer security tutorials, or exclusively guides on graphic products, may be more attractive, because of the greater level of detail

In fact, very often we can see hosting offerings that attract customers by making available hundreds of megabytes or several gigabytes of web space, but they may not provide services as database management, or they provide them only as “extras”, at additional cost also very high.
So, you must pay attention when you choose the hosting plan for your blog, carefully evaluating this aspect.

At the time, you need to know that the participation of users, is important but not essential to the success of a blog.
