In this book, I will aim to share with you my personal healthy eating tips.
Healthy eating is one of my passions and I aim to share some of my strategies and recipe ideas.
My health regime has worked for me so far.
I’m in my fifties and am fit and healthy.
I am disease free, without medical treatment or medication.
Clearly, I have been blessed with good genes but I have also chosen to eat healthy home cooked meals for most of my life.
That’s not to say that I deprive myself of treats.
I believe in the Pareto principle or the eighty twenty rule. I eat healthy meals for around 80% or most of the time and I allow the odd indulgence for around 20% or some of the time.
I eat cake, pizza, fried chicken on some days but certainly not everyday.
That’s my advice to my readers.
