Beautiful story so unlike of modern Life depression, mental issues, high unachievable dreams
The difficulties of reality so underplayed.

I wish I had poetry in my life and mind like Anne does.

I'm learning english through this novel. The first one is exquisite and this second is so splendid. After watching the movie I realize I must read the book and here I am in awe of the story and personality of Anne.

A continuation of Anne's antics and adventures as she grows from schoolgirl to a budding young woman with ambition and zeal. It certainly is a lovely sequel and makes you want to read more. I am deep in Anne's world of nymphs, feathers, knight and dreams halfway through the first book and only got further down into the gleaming abyss by this second book. Anne is an outstanding character that surely is looked up to by a lot of girls and boys worldwide. This sure makes me realise how drab my own life looks in comparison to Anne's and makes me want to do more explore and imagine more. It's an inspiration!

I love it! The uniqueness of the book has captured my heart and will forever have a place in my heart 💕
