Always look for the ten of pentacles when talking about property matters ideally you want to see cards of movement and legal cards close the knight of wands is always good to see next to the ten of pentacles. The Ace of pentacles can mean documents and agreements contracts etc. so if this falls with justice then these are legal documents also don't forget justice can be replaced with the king or queen of swords and it would still indicate the same thing.
