Sly, a sneaky college actor, tries to satisfy his carnal yearnings during a desert field trip. He triggers experimental encounters with the other men — four straight college students — among the ruins of an abandoned village and silver mine shaft.
Hours before the final night of the ghost town expedition, Sly is caught stealing hiking boots from the mountain cabins. His companions — a baseball star, a geologist, an artist, and an anthropology student — react with their individual goals for pleasure, revenge, or dominance.
Unexpected treasure, as well as another secret or two, lurk amidst the relics and rubble. One man may offer the actor something more than sex. Sly, the invisible man, may discover something buried — something within himself — that can enrich his opportunities for fulfillment and happiness.
“Ghost Town” is a work of short fiction (a novelette, 8,000 words) that features passionate content that is intended only for mature, adult readers. (It is a stand alone story without a cliffhanger.)
