If you can find one person to buy into your vision, your values, your belief system, and your standard method of operation, then you’ve got a co-leader. If you and that co-leader can just get one more producer to buy into these beliefs, you’ve got a culture. All you need are three strong members subscribing to your culture because at that point, every new person you bring into your organization will assimilate into your culture, and now you’ve got momentum.
