Today the Church is divided on the issue of having women in teaching and authority roles within the Church. Paul seems to be clear about this issue in 1 Corinthians and 1 Timothy, but there are many Christ followers who do not follow Paul's instructions. This letter goes over a few key elements of this issue with the hope of helping the Church represent Jesus in our contemporary contexts.
