I wrote this book in order to help other people who suffer from Bipolar or Depression.This is my story of how I coped with my illness.Hopefully my book will help somebody else cope with their illness and know they are not alone.I have suffered from Depression and Bipolar illness most of my life and writing this book has helped me cope with my illness.Telling my story will hopefully get rid of the stigma about Bipolar and Depression.You can still lead a normal life having an illness.And there is always help if you need it.I hope you enjoy my book as much as I enjoyed writing it.
