A lovely book would read it again!

A Classic children's book, lovely even for grown -ups. The story of four Friends -all small animals - who occasionally mix their life with humans. Delicate and colourful descriptions of nature's enchantments. Interesting characterization and description of human emotions through animals. Funny moments mixed with others highly poetic.

This book is about 4 animals Mole, Rat, Toad and Badger adventure. It’s a fun book to read!

This was a fun book but too clever and dark to be a children’s book at least by today’s standards.
