The family doctor and/or the child’s teacher are generally good starting points for getting this help.

    I want/ need to get help for Bella because I want to ensure her mental health is on point always and at all times necessary

In essence, this ideal relationship offers love and playfulness, something Winnicott referred to as a ‘play space’, in combination with encouragement to be independent and self-aware.
