Albert Thompson, was born in Charleston, South Carolina, raised in New York City, lived in Albany, New York, relocated to Chicago, and presently resides in Cleveland, Tennessee. He attended Teachers College at Columbia University and also got his MA there. He also attended University of Albany for his BA and Education Opportunity Program. He is also affiliated with BMI, ASCAP, and other musical conservatories. He has written many articles and essays and is currently working on a Hollywood script.
