To be honest, this book is absolutely different from the first one. In a bad way.
The social interactions feel forced, the male lead is a red flag "I won't say anything unless you ask me but I'mma get mad if you do and if you don't" the actual f**k?
I don't know guys but this had so much potential and it went down the drain for me.
At least the last fifty pages are good and have some kind of plot resembling the feeling of the first book.
Miss for me, I'll give it 3,5

Quotes

You’re going to love Violet. She’s smart and stubborn.
Reminds me a lot of you, actually.
You just have to remember when you meet her:
    she’s not her mother.

“If Solas comes near you again, he knows I will devour his human whole and let him rot within me while his heart still beats, and then I’ll take the eye I so graciously left him.”
  • Sara Jaqueline Aranda Ramírezhas quoted12 hours ago
love you,” I whisper. “You could throw my entire world into upheaval, and I would still love you. You could keep secrets, run a revolution, frustrate the shit out of me, probably ruin me, and I would still love you. I can’t make it stop. I don’t want to. You’re my gravity. Nothing in my world works without you.”
