Each person contains a form of these elements in the form of doshas, “dhatus” which translates to tissues and “malas” which translates to waste products.

If you are a Two Dosha type, eat food that is beneficial to both Doshas

Pitta-Kapha. Structurally, the effect of Kapha can be so strong that even if Pitta is more dominant in this pairing, your built may be bigger than pure Pittas though unlike pure Kaphas, you’ll tend to be more lean and muscular. Mentally and psychologically, a dominant Pitta can make you more ambitious and determined though quick to anger and more irritable.
A dominant Kapha in the mind on the other hand will make you calmer and more laid-back than most pure Pittas but not as much as pure Kaphas. Always ensure that you are properly motivated in order to avoid laziness and procrastination.
When maintaining or restoring balance, eat foods that are ideal for the Dosha that you wish to correct. If you need to decrease both Pitta and Kapha, eat more bitter and astringent food which benefits both Doshas. Avoid salty and sour food that can aggravate both Doshas

On top of that, your body is brought to its limit as it works overtime to compensate for the lack of nutrition, making you feel more fatigued and sickly which is never good for anyone.
