In his Gospel and first epistle, the apostle John provided an example of how we can invite others into our life-giving fellowship with God through Jesus Christ. We get to see God's life-giving combination of truth and love in what is sometimes called “friendship evangelism”. People are free to test the truth and experience the love and life in Jesus and His believers.
