    You may have heard over the years that quality is more important than quantity when it comes to spending time with someone. This idea has quickly spread to all of our relationships to the point that these days our workmates and employer get more of our time than our spouse, children, parents, and friends. And, not only do we spend less time with these important people, we tend to be extremely distracted even when we are with them. Granted, work is important, and we need to devote our time and attention to it. The key, however, is to learn to set aside time for the important people in our lives, and particularly our partner
