    and instead just communicate the core facts that you know to be true. So, rather than saying ‘vaccines don’t cause autism’ you should say ‘vaccines are safe and effective and prevent a number of terrible diseases’.

    In essence, nutritional advice has never really changed. Serious scientists are not arguing about whether saturated fat or sugar is bad, because the reality is that neither of them are. Neither are evil, neither are toxic. Neither should be excluded and yet neither should be eaten with impunity. The message has always been the same. You can and should eat them both. Just not too much. And lots of other stuff too.
